It pays to complain :)  And I'm really glad I did, b/c I really like their bottles.  I received two coupons, one for up to $15.99 (the cost to replace my three bottles), and a second one for up to $7.99.  I used the second one to buy insulated sippy cups.  Look for a future rant about BRU rewards policies that pertains to the use of the bigger coupon...
